The CEO Game Changer: Next Steps

Last week marked a major milestone in my journey with the launch of The CEO Game Changer: How an Advisory Board Can Unleash Your Business Potential. Hosted in a room full of sharp minds, thoughtful leaders, and long-time allies, the event wasn’t just about celebrating a book — it was about opening a bigger conversation with CEOs who are ready to shift gears and lead differently.

I was humbled by the energy in the room. It was powerful seeing so many people resonating with what I call The CEO Challenge. that feeling of being commercially lonely, of needing to lead transformation but not always having the clarity, capability, or sounding board to do it with confidence. That challenge was the genesis of the book — and the keynote presentation at the heart of the launch.

A Presentation for CEOs Navigating Growth and Change

The keynote is a direct extension of the book. It’s built around one central idea: that many private company CEOs are shouldering so much alone — and that growth becomes real when they bring the right people around the table and start asking different questions.

It’s a practical presentation that covers:

  • The common symptoms of being ‘commercially lonely’
  • Why advisory boards work — when done right
  • How to set one up properly: the mechanics, the pitfalls, and the payoff
  • Real examples from businesses that made the leap
  • And importantly, the mindset that allows it all to work

If you’re a CEO navigating growth, complexity, or change — this session speaks directly to that.

My Mission — Taking the Message Wider

Over the coming months, I’m looking to share this keynote with as many CEO forums, business groups, and leadership networks as possible. Whether it’s a room of 10 or 100, the focus is the same: helping private company leaders move from reactive to intentional, and from isolated to supported.

If you run a group of business owners, chair a forum, or are part of a network that would benefit from this session, I’d welcome the opportunity to bring it to your group.

If you know a CEO or a CEO group who would benefit from this message, please forward this newsletter or introduce me directly.

It’s not a pitch. It’s not theory. It’s a strategic conversation designed to bring clarity — and maybe prompt some honest questions that haven’t been asked out loud.

How You Can Help Shape What Comes Next

As I look to support more CEOs keen to set-up their Advisory Board, I’m designing a range of options to make the process accessible without needing one-on-one consulting.
This may include:

  • Half-day masterclasses
  • Self-paced digital courses
  • Practical implementation playbooks
  • Live events
  • Email-based learning journeys

But before finalising what’s next, I’d welcome your input.

What would help you the most?

This 5 question survey will help me understand the best way to support you in implementing your Advisory Board.

Best regards
Anthony Moss
